Screen Repair Technique
About Course
The Screen Repair Technique course provides a complete foundation in modern display repair technology, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Students begin with the core principles of screen display operation, driver IC packaging, ACF bonding, and ITO laser repair methods. The course also introduces bonding and laser machine functions, along with essential tools and materials needed for high-quality repair work.
Building on this foundation, the program moves into hands-on training with Hard OLED, Flexible OLED, and COP screen repairs. Learners will master techniques such as flex cable replacement, IC bonding, ITO circuit corrosion fixes, and advanced laser repair solutions. Real-world case studies, including common issues like rainbow displays, abnormal color faults, and ear screen damage, are addressed to give trainees practical experience across a variety of device models.
In addition, participants will explore specialized fault solutions and cover glass replacement processes, ensuring they are equipped to handle the latest screen technologies in the market. By the end of the course, students will have the technical expertise and confidence to diagnose, repair, and restore a wide range of smartphone and OLED display faults with professional precision.
